TrollTrue Stinger Hook Rigs

There are three different styles of rigging available to complement any of the TrollTrue lures.  Each rig is made with premium Mustad hooks and leader material.  Circle hooks (if applicable) are Eagle Claw L2004ELG.  The rigging is not hard to make.  You can make you own or buy ours to use as an example.

TROLLTRUE MONO RIGGING is the preferred monofilament rigging for all baitfish (ballyhoo, cigar minnows, etc.) for use with TrollTrue lures.  The monofilament is Berkley Big Game 60 lb monofilament.  This is the fastest and easiest rigging method possible.  It will provide great results for all recreational anglers.  The stinger hook is placed optimally for maximizing hook-ups and not missing short strikes.  The hook spacing is 4" and the same rigging will work for small to medium ballyhoo and cigar minnows.  Sold in packs of 3.

TROLLTRUE WIRE RIGGING is the preferred wire rigging for all baitfish (ballyhoo, cigar minnows, etc.) for use with TrollTrue lures.  The leader material is American Fishing Wire (AFW) Surfstrand 1x7 stainless wire in 60 lb test.  This is the fastest and easiest rigging method possible.  It will provide great results for all recreational anglers.  The stinger hook is placed optimally for maximizing hook-ups and not missing short strikes.  The hook spacing is 4" and the same rigging will work for small to medium ballyhoo and cigar minnows.  Sold in packs of 3.

CUSTOM RIGGING is available based on angler's preference.  These rigs can be made with any hook style and size including J-hooks, treble hooks, or circle hooks.  The leader material can be monofilament or flourcarbon up to 100 lb test.    One popular custom rigging is 100 lb monofilament leader with an 8/0 J-hook as the trailer hook.  Contact TrollTrue after you  place the order to specify desired materials.  Sold in packs of 2.
